may be it is how many employees? a Pfadt/Pedders merger that would be nice if they could make it work.

Well this is disappointing...I was planning on ordering some Tri-Y headers when the time was right . Hopefully you guys can rebuild and come back, we'll be here waiting if/when you do.

May not be making the return the investors want, and not enough capital for the 3-4 times the orders they are getting. Investors may want more return also and quality can suffer if costs are cut, which it appears Pfadt does not want to do. Happens all the time in cases like that

Wow, not everyday you hear that a company has to shut down because their sales are too good..........

hope they can get back in the game, I was looking into a set of Tri-Y's.....guess I should have gotten the taxes done sooner. dammit...story of my life....
