HELLPP!!! Just did cam and heads....

Well I tried to crank it up and its very hard to start and when it does( with a little throttle if you hit the gas it will back fire...it will run kinda rough at 1200rpms but if you let off it will die...

....timing marks are lined up...

Video of it running from exhaust

*EDIT*
From Valve cover

UPDATE!!!

Well got it checked out and it looks like the coil harness was backwards, or swapped idk....The squeaking is the header gaskets..they say($200) for diag and replace gaskets. I told them to go ahead...But they said it runs on its own now....

Will update with a new video when I pick up the car

Did you check PTV clearance? How much were the heads milled?

You didn't change the injectors did you? Are you 100% positive the marks lined up properly? Coil packs hooked back up on both sides?

Double check that your wires are on the plugs and coils tightly. It is very common after taking them off for people to experience misfires because they weren't put back on all the way.

I believe you will feel one click when going on the plug and two "clicks" when going onto the coils.

If you are still running the stock tune, that is most likely the issue. When I changed my cam (the first time) and was on the stock tune, I remember it acting like yours does.

if you put an aftermarket cam in your car you will need a tune for it to act right
