HELP!!
I'm trying to remove the prndm shifter plate but it won't budge. I removed the four screws and tried to pull it up but something is blocking it. So then I tried un doing the tabs on the plate but when I undo one tab the other one pops back in

Its also clipped in on the sides. Plus the shifter itself will get in the way if you havent removed that also.
