I just asked about the helmet rules because I have my helmet from my late model stock car days, but its SA 95. Helmet is just as good as a SA 2010 but if they're checking it the sticker won't pass. Just didn't want to drop a few hundred on a new one if I could get by. Either way I'm planning on coming.

To be clear this is not a auto-cross event, it is a High Performance Driving Event. You can get a coach to work with you to learn your car/track. They have a rookie class where they keep speeds down so people that have not done this or aren't comfortable with the high speeds can run at a more comfortable pace. A big HP car on this track can hit close to 150mph on the straight before turn.
There is a good mix of fast and very technical areas on the track (~2.4 miles) with lots of runoff area and very few barriers. Quote:
