I think he's just talking about the trans temp gauge
But would be nice for remote start to work if not oh well rather be faster than worry about it lol

DarkCry956, good to see you got yours straight and running. I'm finally getting all my kinks worked out of mine haha for those who think you can just throw this in think again ha takes some time and effort and tweaking!! I love mine as well hope to see most of ya'll at fest!!!

I'm using the same harness, remote start doesn't work or cruise control but the oem trans temp gauge does work.

I lost backup lights but PCM of nc said its an issue with early harnesses. They sent me a repair kit which is a wire that I have to put into the correct pin and splice into the one that they messes up on.

I'm running my lights and camera off a switch that is on my rachet shifter, and just spliced into wiring harness under car

schul274, here's a few pictures that show how to remove it. Push the clip I am pointing to straight up with a screw driver, the second picture shows the direction, then as in the third picture the whole mechanism just slides out, then unplug it. It can be put back if ever needed.
