He says new in the box never opened so he won't know. I guess he needs to open it to see. I bought one years ago and it came with nothing other than the tank. This company that is selling those now may be putting that stuff in there but I would not bet on it.

I dont know If they are in there but Its an easy install. I stalled one in 30min.
