Here's a couple of pictures of the skirts at the paint and body shop as received from GM parts. As you can see they are primer painted only. I had to have them painted two tone in Nightfall Gray Metallic and gloss black.

⁸As for the type 1 and type 2 differences IDK. I would recommend you call a GM parts store, dealership or a paint and body shop (PABS) you will have paint them. They will know the correct ones to order.

When I first started this project with the PABS they ordered the skirts and received the WRONG ones, they were for 2015 Camaro skirts. The skirts were returned and the correct ones delivered at no cost to me.

All that said, I suspect the type 2 are the new part numbers. GM changes PNs all the time for various reasons.

The skirts will come with ALL the clips already installed/attached to the skirts. No additional parts are needed.

Here are close ups of the L&R sides. As you can see the L side is a little FWD of a perfect alignment to the fender, nothing can be done about this. The clips HARD locate the skirt. The clips do have some slight wiggle room, they float a little to allow for manufacturing tolerances. Overall it looks very good, not perfect.

i just installed the 1LE Splitter which has been ordered from the US (l live in Europe).
On the driver side I have a big gap, where on the passenger side it fits nearly perfect.

Any way to fix this? I would like to avoid to order a new one as the shipping costs me the same as the Splitter itself.. :-(

I looked in my past receipts and can't find a part number for you, sorry. I can tell you I bought it from Matt at Wildhammer Motorsports. Give him a call, I'm sure he can help you out. He's a super nice guy, good to buy products from, I highly recommend him

When the weather is nicer I'm going to remove the splitter, clean everything and apply a faying surface seal between the splitter and bumper skin with clear aquarium silicone sealant. This will provide a strong bond and seal out dirt, water and other unwanted substances.

As for wobbling at high speeds I don't know. I can say up to 85 mph no problem, that's the fastest I've driven the car so far.
I have the same exact style of splitter from EOS. Install was identical except mine has 3M tape along the edge that comes in contact with the bumper cover. I didn't install the rivets either, and I won't - they're not necessary.

Zero issues at various speeds, but you do need to slow your approach on driveway aprons and even larger speed bumps just to be sure you clear smoothly.
