we do post the infos here for our club. but if people want to start threads for other meets start another thread just for that meet. its gets too confusing and people dont know where to look for a specific event. i know all about that meet in brooklyn. we have been invited already but this is for a specific "club". i have many friends already going there but i am not advertising that on this thread. thanks for the info and we appreciate the invite and info but this thread is for newbies trying to get info and signup for the CLUB.

Kind of contradictory as your group members have posted a long "all caps" message in several other threads that some would consider spamming the boards. One self titled thread is more than sufficient to advertise your group. I can understand you are looking for members and trying to properly direct them on where to sign up, but 1969to2010 was simply trying to extend an olive branch and invite you guys out and you basically just shot him down. Not to mention the reply to SirBrad trying to offer some friendly advice to help you guys get more exposure on here, seeing as he and I are basically the unofficial coordinators for the NJ member meets and know what its like, I am sure he was just trying to help you guys out too.

Take it as you will guys, no one here is trying to start a flamewar, just trying to network and help where they can. Just remember to always play nice.

I know it's the end of the season, but I'm interested in the info. I'm down by Philly (Williamstown, NJ). Are you guys in North Jersey? I don't know if I'm willing to drive to NY area though... Let me know.

You know what.. I think I changed my mind. You guys are all Yankees, Mets and Devils fans up there. I'd go crazy listening to the nonsense being a Philly native.. lol... take care.

if you look at all those post you will see that they are very old since then we have had some awsome meets with the ny5thgen smoking bowties and everyone in between and i have to say they are an awsome bunch and when we meet its all about our cars me myself my sport is drag racing so come down on sept 14 to the floyd bennett field meet and you will have a great day with alot of cool guys from nj and ny :-)
