DIY RS headlight install in Non RS car Help

Can anyone tell me if they have done this successfully? I am looking to install the RS HID headlights in my non RS car. Pics with the wiring requirements? Please let me know as my lights are almost ready to install.

I did the after burners ccfl to my tail lights too. They were a kit also from ACC Style. There instructions were very good and the install very easy.

I don't think it will be worth the effort. Even if you installed it, you need some sort of code from GM to make it work. There's an user on here who has this problem.

Ask Mecha he might be able to help you. He installed my HID's and halos on my Non-RS.

So I just got back from talking to my dealership about this and they said it's quite possible, but will be expensive. They said that I'd need to buy the following:

2 RS Headlights/Housing components (this is like 10 different parts, but included in one price) - $800 each so $1600 total.
1 wire harness for headlights - $250
2 specific sized bolts, the parts guy didn't say - $4 each
BMI flash (whatever that is)
Tons of labor at $80 an hour.

I also asked what if I buy all this stuff from them and it doesn't work. They said that they would contact GM and figure it out till it does. In theory it should work out fine since people will be in accidents and these parts will need to be replaced eventually.

Hope this helps. I'm considering it but it's an expensive add on. I wish I would've got the RS package with it, but it was my last chance to get the exact car I wanted (minus the RS package) before they put those dumb sensors on the back of the car.
