On the auto vs manual tranny subject....An auto allows anyone to drive the same car with the essentially the same performance numbers, however a manual car will produce differing performance numbers according to the driver....So.....To me the only thing an auto accomplishes is taking the driver out of the equation. Personally, I like being in the equation.
