FS: New Pacesetter long tubes, coated, $400 shipped!
*price drop*
I've had this set of Pacesetter l/t's for quite a while, and I've decided I really don't think I'll ever put them on since I live in a smog checked area, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to put the stock stuff back on every time I need to get tags. They were originally a painted set of Pacesetter l/t's, I had them coated inside and out by NIC, a very reputable local place, with some magical coating called Turbine Coat. All the racers here run it, and I guess some NASCAR teams have been testing it for a while and everyone swears on it. This stuff is not supposed discolor, and I've never seen it discolor on and of the race cars here running even after a several race seasons on it. Here is the page about the coating on the NIC website: http://nicindustries.com/turbine_coat.php Here is the spec sheet on the coating: http://nicindustries.com/images/tech...uct%20Data.pdf The color is kind of a matte / semi gloss silver. I've attached a couple pictures, I took the one picture outside to get a better idea of the color, and it looked kind of brownish in the house. They are cell phone pics, so not the greatest. Questions? Last edited by Jason@JacFab; 12-19-2011 at 02:18 PM. Reason: price drop |

They did not come with them... I was making my own with a pair of the rear OEM cats hoping that they would keep the check engine light off, but I have not finished them. They would be a slip fit, over the header, and then over the stock exhaust pipe. The 2 end pieces would need to be welded on, and the 02 sensor bungs. If someone wanted them, I could throw them in the box. No guarantee they would keep the check engine light off, but that's what I was hoping they would do, as I didn't want to just run off road pipes, or have to get a tune and void the warranty.
The headers themselves go for $349.99 @ Texas Speed not including shipping *price drop* $400 shipped. Last edited by Jason@JacFab; 12-16-2011 at 04:51 PM. |

Bump... Would also consider trade for bolt on LS3 Solo Hi-Flow cats, since that's what I plan to spend the money on anyway.

They do not come with bolts, to my knowledge you reuse the factory bolts.
I do have the gastkets, but you're better off also reusing the factory gaskets as they are much better quality, and reusable. But I will include them. |
