177mph then had to slow down for some slowass doing something like 105mph.
GPS states it was 175. Tried to take a photo of the HUD but well the road was bit to bumpy for that. Only have one while braking, doing 164 (264kmh):

Somebody told me the ZL1 has a limiter around 140MPH. if so, what does it take to get a limiter removed ?

I wonder why somebody told you the ZL1 is limited to 140mph but didn't tell you that all you need is two nuts and a foot to remove it. In case you don't have two nuts, you can substitute a loose screw.

175 and was still pulling hard, just as I hit 180 I woke up. If I didn't have to pee I think I could have hit 200.

sheesh, Ive had my SS @ 155 but was running out of road, still felt like it was pulling ever so slightly. You guys with the ZL1 should hit 184 before the ECU shuts it down.

In the Detroit area everybody's a car expert (lol), 140 MPH sounded a little low to me. I'll just grow bigger nuts !

Yeah, and see if they can pull some strings and get about 3 or 4 miles of interstate highway shut down so you can legally open it up....lol.
