Good Chevy Dealer Service In MD/VA??

I want to get my first oil change soon. It's time I found a good service department who will treat my car well. Any recommendations?

I hate jim mckay. Appointments are a pain and they've never been on time. They made me pay for a $4 part that fell of my car and said it wasn't covered by warranty. Really, parts falling off at 5k miles and it's not covered. It wasnt the $4 that was the issue, it was the precedent they set of not honoring warranty. They then ordered the part as they don't carry much stock. I also had a clip fall off from the front splitter on my 1le. The parts guy told me I had to order a whole new splitter to get the small clip...it was ridiculous. They told me a small ding on my rough would cost hundreds to repair because the entire headliner needed to be removed...a paint less dent guy got it out for $50. I even wrote an email to their management telling them how poor my experience has been giving all the details above and never heard back.

I'd highly recommend pohanka chevy. They have a huge service department. Have a modern system to check you in. They don't require appointments and there service hours run very early and very late. They communicate well and I trust them. They also own one of the bigger auto repair shops in the area.

They have a couple staff members that are solely in charge of moving the cars...and they genuine appreciate camaros

I live directly between jim mckay and pohanka. Ive experienced both and my car will only go to pohanka.

Yeah, that is where I bought the car. The sale was really smooth and painless. That said, I saw some negative reviews regarding their service.

I guess there is always someone who has had a bad experience.

If you were further north I would say Adams Chevrolet in Havre De Grace. I've taken my ZL1 and our Duramax there and have never had issues. Always had great service.

My brother-in-law runs Hollin Hall automotive in Alexandria, VA. Obviously since he's family I go to him with mine. He and the crew there are also car nuts. They can handle all dealer service items and the cars are babied. If you want his contact info shoot me a PM. He's also on this board and drives a 1LE.
