Someone should take video of the first one rolling off Oshawa Assembly line - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I really hope someone takes video of the first official, for sale (not one of the production but not for sale cars that go to GM brass or the museum only) Camaro that rolls off the assembly line. Just to hear that first one fire up and see the lights come on would bring a tear to my eye.

Having said that, lets guess as to which trim will be the first one to roll off......

I say a fully loaded SS.

EDIT: Sorry guys, you're right that was a little misleading.

lol i thiught the same thing, but yea that would be a great idea, and even better idea would be for them to video your own goin through the assymbly line and coming off the assymbley line. i would pay extra for that.

C'mon now!!!

You KNOW not only will be video, but every GM person and press person will be there to see it roll off the line too! Can you imagine?!?! The first one that rolls off the line will be the first production Camaro and will stay with GM FOREVER....unless they decide to auction it off for charity or something.

But, yes....it will be a HUGE event!

Lets hope that it is an official video from GM. Unlike those shots we saw of the inside of the plant from May that resulted in a guy getting fired.
