SO when you install a CAI you have to take off the Intake cover of the stock intake..? if so how..?
i was looking under the hood and was curious how it comes off.. |

Unscrew the oil capand remove it and pull the front of the cover straight up a couple inches, It will give a little resistance but keep pulling, it snaps on, and then pull forward..

Just picked up my engine cover! Had Scott at MRT give it the hydrographic treatment! Was dark when I got home so just a couple of snapshots... Do pictures on the car tomorrow...

Now that is really nice looking, something that I'd be interested in. Do you think MRT would be interested in providing these to us? Let's say send the cover to them, do the job and return?

Looking good Scrming! I have been doing my interior door panels with the Ralley Yellow and it has been a bear! Lots of prep and treatment to make them look right. Should be installing them this weekend.

This is mine, just finished and installed yesterday. Not bad for a aircraft mechanic. What do you guys think? Still trying to figure out how to re-size my pics.

SNV, Painting the cover is really not that hard with a little patience. You can even try a practice spray on plastic to get a feel for the process. I did
