reckless driving incident that happened a couple yrs back
has anyone in california gotten a reckless driving for going over 100mph? how long does points stay on ur record? its been 3yrs and 2 months since the incident... i heard and read that its 3yrs and some say 7 yrs

A speeding ticket for over 100 mph? In otherwords, conviction of a violation of 22348(b)?
7 years on your driving record Or did you plead to 99 mph? In otherwords, conviction of a violation of 22349(a)? If so, 3 years on your driving record |

On the upside, its been 3+ years and hopefully no more moving violations. Insurance rates us in part on any moving violations or accidents within the past 3 years so you should see an improvement in your insurance premium

Ehh ya insurance kicked my ass.. 2k per 4months.. for 3yrs sucked ass
