Please join Camaro Generations as we celebrate our 2nd annual "Muscle Cars in the Park" car show! Our first event in 2009 was so successful and well received, we decided to do it again! Our car show will honor all American made muscle cars from the 60's, 70's and today! That's right, no year restriction! The show will be held at Elk Grove Regional Park in Elk Grove, CA. We will park the cars on the grass and have great BBQ, goodie bags, dash plaques, vendors, music, raffle prizes and a 50/50 raffel. All at a relaxing day on the grass at Elk Grove Regional Park.

As a member of Camaro Generations and Camaro5, I had to respond to this poll. I will be there at the Second Annual Muscle Cars in the Park in Elk Grove, Ca. I will have my two Camaros there on display. The 1967 Camaro RS and the 2010 Camaro 2SS will be there. I will be there directing the cars into their parking spots as we are anticpating good weather and lots of muscle cars on display. Lots of good vendors and raffle prizes and car awards. Hope to see you there.

Camaro Generations had their planning meeting tonight at the home of John Firestone and the planning for one of the best cars shows in Northern California is coming along fine. We are getting the word out to the local car clubs and are looking forward to having approximately 150 cars show up on that Sunday in October. Here are photos from last years Camaros in the Park.

how far of a drive would this be for l.a. area people?

Per Mapquest and what I did last Saturday as I drove from Anaheim, CA back to Elk Grove, CA, the distance is 388 miles and the driving time is six hours. We would love to have you come and join us in a great park like setting.

The trip is all on Interstate 5 from LA to Elk Grove, CA.

Glad to have you. LA to Elk grove isn't too bad, I used to make the drive from Beale AFB down to Edwards in 5 1/2 hours and Beale is a little over an hour North of Elk Grove.
