Hurray! 1500 miles

FINALLY! After owning the car for nearly three months I finally got it up to 1500 miles. Not a mile later I stuck the car in Sport mode (it's an auto) and started "playing around" with it. It's a completely different car! Sure, it was quick before. Sure it was fun to drive before. Now, though? It's an amazing piece of art that scares the ever-loving crap out of me every time I step on the gas.

For those of you who may be on board with the break-in period debate, let me tell you, once you pop that thing into Sport mode and head out tearing up the the roads, it's a completely different car. The wait was well worth the excitement this car is going to bring me for years and years to come!

Good for you. I've had my car since January. Still have 200 miles to go before I hit the magic 1500.

Mine turn 1500 tonight. When it got there had a mini-van in front of me exiting off I-40. Got ready to put the peddle down but look in my side mirror to go around him there was police car. Only got it up to 102 mph tonight because it was getting dark and was worried about deer. Maybe have more fun tomorrow

Hit 1500 last week. It's more awesome now than ever. Put the RotoFab CAI on after 1500, love the sound! Got up to 120 for a second, but backed off. Pulls so hard the entire time!

Normally I wouldn't have driven it so much but I got lucky over the last few months and had some appointments that gave me a chance to put about 150 miles on it each time. It ended up raining tonight and the car is nasty dirty and needs a bath before I take it out again.
