Interesting note about this picture -

the 1967 RS convertible was cousin Sue's 'demo' in the summer of 1967 -- it's a rather heavily equipped car - and yes, the "Mag wheel covers" are original and came on the car.......in fact I very much remember driving thru "Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio" at night - with "Light My Fire" by The Doors blasting on the 8-track tape player below the dash (factory) in August of '67. -- Cousin Sue and my sister (Toni) were 'forced' to take Cousin Tom and I along with them that evening - they were in a hot car looking for 'cute boys' - and somehow I think Tom and I ruined it for them!

It was sold that fall - came back in on trade in 1976 or 1977 - my uncle 'redid' the car - and gave it to her a year later - so she has one of her original demos. The Synergy Green SS/RS behind it is her current demo.......

The memories that we share (Cousin Sue and Tom and myself) are simply priceless...............

Here are the pics of the latest THR car...number 11 of 2011. I am absolutely in love with it...spent the past two nights waxing and buffing. Arrived in my dad's driveway at 3 straight from Pittsburgh to show him the car...he met me with a wash bucket and a hose! By 4 the claybars were on the paint...he is as smitten as I am. We hit it again last night with more polish and wax! I may drive it again soon.
