u0184 is a loss of communication with the radio.
does the radio work?
heating a/c working properly?
most of the time i find it needs a radio
if it does it would have to be programmed after install.
some testing here

1. Remove the Radio.

2. Verify power on the Red/White wire at pin 44 in the X1 connector. It is fuse F3RA in the Fuse Block-Rear Body that powers the circuit.

3. Verify a good ground on the Black wire at pin 38 in the X1 connector.

4. At key on, engine off, verify the fuel gauge is working. Locate and ground the Dark Green wire at pin 28 in the X1 connector.

5. Verify 3-10 seconds after grounding that the fuel gauge drops to empty.

6. If OK replace the Radio assembly. Programming is required after installation.
