Thank you for reporting... After a google search I find he's doing this on many forums right now. I have alerted them as well and have started the process with Western Union so will see how that goes.
If you have any info he provided you about how to Western Union please post up or PM me. In your reported post you mentioned look at my PM's to see. That stuff is private to you only so please forward and I'll pass on to Western Union.

He registered on this site as williamscott7809@gmail.com and his IP is 209.95.56.51 from Salt Lake City Telling people to e-mail jamesquazada@gmail.com and then instructs them to Western Union money for the parts.
