2015 inserts (front suspension)

I’ve got 100k on my Camaro and there is the dreaded front suspension rattles when you go over imperfections in the road.
Old school thoughts was just replace the struts but based off what I have read, it’s probably the radius arm and control are bushings (fronts).
I haven’t diagnosed yet but getting my ducks in a row.
Struts are going to be the last replaced part.
So at the said miles have you others replaced the entire arms or add just the inserts where applicable?
Thanks in advance.

P.S
I’ve looked at the z28 stuff (lower control arms) from rock auto and one side is no longer available at this time.

Back when mine started being noisy, it was the struts. Replaced them and all was good. Just my experience, nothing else was worn or loose then.

Thanks
Funny thing is I replaced tires once on my daughters Focus and it fixed the same rattle lol.
I have new tires on the Camaro, so I ruled that out.

When I went to replace the inserts on my radius arms at around 20k, they were already pretty mangled, but there was no noise. If you replace radius arms be sure to upgrade the inserts to Whiteline or Pedders (or Z28 style delrin if you can find them).

What about control arms (front lowers).
Poly is for the weekend racers?

I only have 30k on the turbo car and 78k on the vert. I've not seen any play in the front lower control arms, but I do have a set on the shelf for when they are needed.
