Call Sullivan Performance @ 702-476-2750 and ask for Sam, he did my tune for the 150 shot. I believe I'm running tr7's, and he pulled 7 or 8 degrees of timing possibly more. You might have killed the cats if you have any. You definitely need a tune for nitrous or you'll burn things up quick. No idea if the dealer will be able to tell if you ran nitrous.

Sounds like you're not telling us something.

My buddy had the same problem with a 2000 LS1 T/A 6-speed. Slight tick sound, flashing CEL, etc etc. but as soon as you gave it gas and got on it, the power returned and it ran good.

You know what it was?

8 bent pushrods. You know how he bent them? On a WOT 3rd to 4th gear shift..he somehow hit 2nd gear instead and mechanically over-revved the motor way past the rev limiter. He was @ 6100rpms in 3rd gear when he tossed it into 2nd...id guess thats 8500-9000'ish or more RPMS in a split second.

He got lucky that the pushrods were the ONLY thing damaged, but thats a true story.

You said you recently installed the TSP 2" headers, right? Did you put the TR6's in BEFORE or AFTER the header install? Because it's common for DIY'ers to leave the spark plugs in the heads when doing a header install and then they accidentally crack the porcelain of 1 or more spark plugs, put everything together, fire it up and same shit... flashing CEL...missfire.

If neither of these 2x things happened to cause you're issue, then it sounds to me like you burned up a couple of valves with your nitrous. And no offence man, but are you completely out of your mind? Who the hell told you it would be safe to hit a stock LS3 with a 150shot WITHOUT a proper tune? Whoever gave you that advice didnt do you any favours.

I wish you the best, but highly suggest you pull each and every spark plug out and inspect each one carefully.

I keep mine stock = I avoid a lot headaches. I take no loss's on money spent on after market bolt on's. Re-sale value will be higher.

Tons of people run them untuned for long periods of time. Rear 02's don't mess with fuel trim if their not plugged in from what I've read and been told. I could be wrong though. I do need to get tuned but from what I'm hearing it shouldn't give me a multiple misfire code and loud valve train tick

Thanks. I'll have to give him a call Monday. Hey btw have you ran your car in a 1/4 mile? If so what does it run with your mods.

I have been waiting on a few parts to come in before I run at the track. I'm finally ready to install the 1400 hp axles and a drive-shaft loop which should be going in next week. I can tell you from a few rolling street pulls that I should be in the low 11's high 10's if I can hook (I have a set of c6 z06 fronts with mickeys on them). Just waiting on the longer wheel studs to come in for the front runners.
