Camaro vs Raccoon

Well, I was on my way home lastnight at about 11:00pm. Out of no where a large raccoon came out and and I had no where to go but straight. Had another car coming up that was getting ready to pass me. Needless to say, it now looks like I hit a basketball just under the driverside fog light. :(

Now i must wait to go Raccoon hunting to get my revenge!!

I feel for you. You should see what a 175 pound deer can do to one of these cars.

No matter how careful you are, sometimes things just happen. Hope that the repair turns out good.

I drive home from work at around midnight every night. Alot of thru the country roads. Looking out for deer, possums, raccoons, skunks, and whatever else can be in the road is a major deal. I would trade in my onstar, bluetooth, xmradio, and whatever else is in the car with buttons to push, that I do not really need anyway for some sort of night vision, body heat sensing warning device, that an animal is ahead.

They can find me at the local animal processing! I'll kindly greet them with blood on my hands just like I would with anyone else.

:( Sorry about the Camaro... The good news is you hopefully taught all the other racoons a lesson because the one you hit is probably dead lol

I can't believe you were about to be passed!!!

In all seriousness, I'm glad you're ok and kept it on the road. Its always better to go straight and hit whatever is in your path than to to swerve off the road trying to miss a chipmunk...
