Window Roller Channel 16625875

Roller on driver side window channel is bad and I can't find a replacement part anywhere. I'm sure that others have had to deal with this too. What have you done to correct this issue?

Is this the part rived onto the glass, or is it one of those tracks inside the door?

Nevermind, it's one of the tracks. I think you should be able to replace it easier than replacing the actual glass. I've had to replace the glass twice, and it's a major pain.

EDIT: By sliding the glass forward and back and towards teh car and away from the car you should be able to manuver the glass out of the track and replace it with a new one. Not sure if this helps you, but that's what I did.

Thanks for your reply. If's the one riveted to the window with the roller. The roller is shot on mine.

That's exactly what happened to mine. It's that plastic roller right? I replaced my whole window just for that stupid roller. There has to be an easier way though, because it's crazy that we have to replace the whole window just for a stupid plastic wheel.

I know Autozone sells these, but I couldn't figure out how to put them on the window other than welding it on:

Dorman/Window Regulator Roller

I found a good used one today and it's being UPS'd to me. Took a lot of research and I got lucky.
