LLT 2010-2011 Performance mods worth it ?

I put a hold on all performance once I found out about the timing chain issues. Is modding it worth it ? With the chains stretching and all I feel it's unavoidable. Adding parts will just give the dealers the option to decline the work.

I've had mine for six years and 45,000 miles and most of that has been with mods and no issues other than ones I've caused

While we have seen some cars with chains going bad prematurely, you've gotta remember Chevy sold about 236,392 Camaros between 2010-11. (I'm sure someone will correct me if I got this wrong!)

The majority of those cars were LLT V6's and the vast majority have had no issues even when highly modified.

Even when modded with bolt on aftermarket performance enhancers, the car can be very gratifying to improve on and responds well.

IMHO- go for it and enjoy your car. Don't let fear freeze you into inaction.

I have ported throttle body, CAI, ,catch can, and exhaust. I used to have iceolator, and I wish I still had it. I want to buy it or the Mace spacer you have. I am waiting until payday. I really want to turbo my car, but not many options right now until I sell my old house.

No weird noises. No leaking and no bad oil consumption issue. Change the oil every 5k
