GM performance division?

To my understanding the 2010 Camaro came with the GM performance division tag on the radiator cover. My question is what does it mean?
Is it a tag only or they so install it in case if the cars is equipped with some extra performance goodies from factory? Like the GMPP exhaust or something?

Nothing special came with the performance badge. It was just like the badge on the fender behind the front wheels.

Only the V8 camaros came with those badges, they were the performance version, V6's didn't

That badge means that the car can speak to unicorns and it gives the car the capabilities to convert the exhaust gas into rainbows. But the trick is, you have to believe.

If you don't believe, then its just a metal sticker that adds no value nor does it make your car any more unique and is only there to make you think the car is more special than it really is.

I personally think its okay but only because it's a metal sticker.

All the early 5TH Gen Camaros had the fender chiclets. The tie bar
"Performance" plate was reserved for the SS.

I got an extra one when I spent a mere $450.00 for a GM CAI!

If I am not mistaken, the first 50000 cars had those tags.
Mine has the radiator cover and the fender ones but no parking sensor.
