We found the angle of the spoiler to be the optimal angle to create downforce on the rearend of the car for better stability at speed. The spoiler is very functional.

very nice. quick question.... how do you close the trunk with that big spoiler there? do you put your hand up on the flat part? grab it by the side? just curious I have a LS with no spoiler and I want to add one at some point right now i just grab in the middle and close it that way.

Nice spoiler!

Maybe you don't have your sides angled correctly. You do have to rely on them more than a 'normal' car, but if you position them correctly they will be a much better help than your middle mirror. I believe there was a thread about this... I made the change and it really does help alot!

Haha... me too. And usually with a microfiber cloth in hand anyway. (trunk is storage for cleaning products)

Me too... I hate when the wife tries to close the trunk with her hand on the paint.

Price shipped to 16641 please. Do you have any pics showing the rear top corner of the quarter panel. I'm curious what the side angle of the spoiler looks like before it wraps around to the rear of the car. I can't quite make it out in the pics.
