The chromed goodies arrived this morning, probably will get them installed this weekend provided it warm enough to work in the garage .

Wasn't crazy about the SS front header plate so I had that piece chromed and it looks fantastic

Picked up the factory trunk hinges and the door guides and had them chromed along with the front/rear fender well screws:

This is February, right? Winter in NE and it should be, I don't know, 25F? Well today was 56F and warm enough to open the garage door and start assembly the chrome goodies that have been sitting around. First thing was the front nose panel that I sent out for chrome:

With the new chromed piece, really like more than the polished SS:

Well after waiting 10 weeks, the new Asanit rims/Pirelli tires finally arrived in the middle of another New England snow storm !

The rims are Asaniti 175 chromed 3 piece rims, 20x9's for the front and 20x11's for the rear. The tires are Pirelli P-Zero's 245/45ZR20 XL's for the front and 285/40R20Y's for the rear. Now if it can only stop snowing

Sure it is, doesn't everybody have multiple high voltage/current power supplies "just hanging around"

Couldn't wait for the "warmer" weather so I installed the new tires rims today and I really like the new look . The tires need a good washing and then some Adam's Tire Shine, but that will have to wait. Anyway....

So now, what to do with the other set of rims/tires

A gorgeous weekend up here in NE and all the mod's I ordered over the winter are all installed and they came out killer . So here are some pictures of the mods.

First, the engine bay with the smooth sanded/painted/pin striped windshield cowl, Whipple shaft cover detailed and the new painted/pin striped strut brace:

Next are the chromed trunk hinges and the rear trunk panel smooth sanded/painted:

The new Asanti 175, 3 piece chromed wheels, 20x9's up front with 245/45/20 Pirelli P7's up front and new (yes, I didn't like how the 285's filled out the 20x11 rims, so I picked up 2 new 315's that look awesome ) 20x11's in the rear with 315/35/20 Pirelli P7's.

And last, the car washed with the tires clean with Adams Tire Shine. Next weekend I'll be detailing the car to be ready for the Boston World of Wheels.
