that design you see is a near identical copy of Jinx's ZL1 design. Not talented just good at copying. I think Jinx is better though.

Keep in mind that Jinx's work is found basically on all Camaro forums and has been featured in many articles.

Lots of people who've paid for a Hennessey wish they could own a Hennessey, dude.

Has Hennessey screwed anyone over recently? It seems like all his problems were from 2001. I'd go to Lingenfelter in a hearbeat over Hennessey, but maybe he's changed his ways? I'm not willing to be the one to find out though, lol.

That's the current Better Business Bureau report. Apparently they've had no significant issues in the last 3 years. If you look for forums where Hennessey still actively posts, he's still insulting and completely unapologetic (and still selling parts of unknown origin on Ebay), but he may be past his days of fleecing people for a hundred grand.

BUILD IT YOURSELF, cant be too hard, although I love the yenko wanna be hood stripes.
A little OT but is anyone planning on buying the exact parts to produce a Nikey or Hennesey or something? Curios, because my friend who ordered a lamer 1ss in red auto, has started buying parts like a maniac, this interests me because not only is he my friend and my main mechanic, but my insurance broker. Im just curios to know how that would effect the insurance, building it yourself or buying off a lot I assume the earlier. But I know hes not going to use it for street and never gonna get it insured. Also dident know the answer to the question =(

The wheels in the illustration look more like 22s than 20s. I want Z28 back, dammit!

I think the aftermarket will jump all over the fact that there is no factory Z28 and offer some kind of visual and performance package to emulate one. I won't be the same as a factory Z28 but it will have to do for now. We saw a similar thing happen with the Mustang before the GT500 was released in 2007. That might even help to spark GM to go ahead and release one eventually if they see there is enough demand.
The SS is going to be a beast of a car with a few bolt ons thrown at it. I can't wait to see a supercharged one!!!

Either way...expensive! It has a warranty though and says your local Chevy dealer can order or you can go directly to them.

It'll be interesting to see one and see the numbers from it.
That's up there price wise and these guys have had lots of bad issues in the past from what I've heard. I'd figure something from Hurst or one of the other prominent names will be coming along soon enough
