Round 2 !! hood and hockey stripes have been installed on my IOM 2ss!
So I picked up Ocho-Cinco or Barry ( name up in the air still)
from the dealer after the stripes where added and here it is. I say Wow to these stripes, it really changes the cars appearance. On and service MGR said the hood and hockey package was no longer coming with the blackout rear decal because to add this they need to remove the chevy logo?? I dunno but I got it, can u see whats missing in the pic?? LOL stoping bye after work to get a new one, its dowels and tape so it can not be re-applied, bonus is i got to keep my old one.........

I really thought the rear emblem would have beens simply taped on with 3M tape, but it sure is NOT.
Two more holes in the car....bummer! But hey, you get to keep the other emblem. I say apply it somewhere else on the car. Maybe the hood or the dash!

Looks sharp!
I sure do wish they'd figure out how to apply the side stripes so that the body color didn't show through where the fender and front fascia meet up. Was there a matching spoiler piece for the rear trunk stripe?

No, not the section between the tail lights. I was talking about something like they are doing for the rally stripes...

Yeah they are actually more of satin black as they have a slight sheen to them. Im moving into my house and have crap everywhere so ive been posting with Iphone pics Ill get a close up shot to try and capture the slight sheen I think it looks ridiculous on IOM Im in Love with the Combo, In time I would also like a satin blk body kit one aftermarket comes out with some. Love the 2 tone

I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make it work when I get mine. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I don't see any reason why the above shouldn't be possible if you're careful. But then I'm also not getting the Chevy ones...
