Yeah, its hard to put many miles on when I just roll it 2 feet at a time to prevent flat spots.

~3,000 miles as of Nov...only ~ 8 feet since then

Wasting money? I'm not going to put snow tires on my ZL1...LOL besides..I travel 60 miles a day in a vanpool to work for $30.00 per month, plus I have other cars. I would love to drive my Z all the time but that's not an option when there is three inches of snow on the ground and it's 26 degrees out side..

Wow says that people that are not driving are having them parked to be a collectors item. Maybe they just like to keep their cars in pristine condition

Exactly. The longest I've owned a car has been 3 years. I park mine in the winter months so that when I trade it or so sell it, it'll be in "like new" condition. No mass-produced vehicles of today will have the collector value that we think of with the collectibles of yesterday. People want the latest hot thing. We may not, but our kids (who would be the next-gen collectors) simply won't care.

We never thought a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 would be either back in the day.
I bought a 65 Stingray convertible with a 325HP 327 in 1973 for $2,000 in great shape. I saw an identical one sell on Barrett Jackson last night for $64,000. It depends on how long you want to hold on to the car.
In my opinion it's not going to make enough difference after 5 years if your Camaro has 5,000 miles or 50,000 miles on it to lose out on the enjoyment of driving it for all those miles.

Anyway the ones that bring the big bucks are the totally restored cars, so drive them and enjoy them for what they were made for. Don't save it for the next owner.
