Lightbulb Aftermarket headlights (Dual CCFL Halo projectors)

Just got these in today. So far they are great, and have good cut-off. I'm waiting to install an HID kit prior to installing them. Will post pictures after the install. Got these for $300 bucks from Amazon which is way cheaper than OEM ones. What do you think?

those are spyder CCFL's?

If so beware the inverters that come with those things are kind of crappy. First off they aren't water proofed, and they permit power backfeeding.

So if you're having problems with the halos coming on, thats a good place to start.

Thanks for the heads up . So far I used a relay to get clean power from the battery to power up the halos, and I've not had any problems with them what so ever. I used the power from the sideblinkers to activate the relay and it works like a charm.

Also, I just installed some HIDs. I also drilled a hole in the plastic for a cleaner look. These headlights take single beam H7 HID bulbs (headlights have built-in hi/low beam function), and I went with 6000K to match up with my fogs. Here are some pics.

PS. Thanks for the replies everyone. For $300 these are a steal!

i should have gone with the black ones like you did. I only had my lights on for 2 months and already had to replace one of the inverters. Where in TX are you at ?

can you take some night time pics of you light cut off, just want to make sure that mine are correct. Pointing at a wall from 15ft away would be preferred, if possible ?

Sure, but I won't be installing these until next weekend. Will post pics then.
