Try this one. If you were to graph your two points with PSI on the Y axis and volts on the X axis, this is the linear equation for that line solved for y. It should get you close unless the signal is non-linear.

(V * 26.8293) - 44

It is at KHC, didn't get to see it yet. I think it's all the hoses and stuff, actual chiller comes tomorrow. I'll let you know. My "foreign" radiator looks sweet. Not happy it's foreign, it was good deal though.
