Or split the difference (more or less) and hold it at the Corvette Museum, making people on both coasts compromise a little.

Then again, after decades of having the NFL schedule Monday Night Football to cater to the west coast audience even for games between two east coast teams (how many people in Seattle and San Francisco REALLY care when the Giants and Eagles play each other?), I should be used to the right coast being disregarded in favor of the left.

I guess I'll find out how the reveal went tomorrow morning. Thanks, GM.
oh come on now, I mean i get it, they could have done it (as i said) one hour earlier, but if you or anyone is really that excited about the reveal they will stay up for it, and...you know what, think of it like like Christmas Eve...you it's coming and the kids can't get to sleep, but they can wait till the morning.

No wait, on the other hand, NO C8 FOR YOU!

Looking at their current lineup of redesigns, they'll mess it up for sure.

My understanding is that Orange County has one of the highest concentrations of mid-engine exotic car sales in the world. That’s why the location. As for the time? Well, they didn’t ask me.

The leaks begin. Maybe we don't have to wait for tonight. Look at that row of buttons! Interesting design choice.

Let's hope better pictures provide better justice. For instance, the steering wheel in that pic looks bad, but this official picture looks pretty good IMO

Not gonna judge the interior by that one shot. It does look a bit awkward, but in the other leaked photos from before...which weren't renderings (lighter interior) it looked great.

the radio face looks too large for the space, but one pic doesn't make a car so I'll hold off to see more pics

In case you get bored waiting, here's a sample of a SO CAL monthly car meet, Super-Car Sunday....Gives you an idea of what the mid-engine Corvette is getting into...

Good luck to the Corvette reveal....So Cal is the perfect market for the new Corvette.

I've seen a couple articles already questioning the ergonomics of that row of buttons, but if you look close the top 4 buttons are driver temp up, driver temp down (maybe a rocker switch?), driver heated seat, driver ventilated seat. The controls for the passenger aren't as far away as the right dash vent as in the C7, but they are at the very bottom/back of the row, as far from the driver's controls as possible. So the controls you'd use most often are as close to the wheel as possible while probably being higher than in most cars (so you don't have to look as far away to see and use them) while the other controls are in the middle - but probably very rarely used since it's got automatic climate control, I know I rarely touch anything but those first four functions in my SS. I like it. Wheel looks good too, especially now in the context of the rest of the cockpit.
