Beautiful car BlueStreak! In addition to Ember's recommendation, you may also find the Mods4Cars 1-touch convertible top controller of interest. It lets you open/close the top with one-touch inside the car and with a triple-tap on the unlock (down) or lock (up) button on the key fob. Install took about 15-minutes.

Agreed - I have that module, too! I didn't want to overwhelm him too much with all of the great add-ons. lol!

That install is actually SUPER fast... https://youtu.be/JsT7Yw4TuCU

I know there are a few threads on the site about that modules, but it was your video on YT that cinched it for me. I was concerned about having to pull out the back seat, but seeing it was literally just two "pinch-point" connectors to lean the seatback forward to install the module made it an easy decision. It was a little tight reaching in the ~4" lean, but not too bad.

My wife thought I was nuts spending $300 to avoid holding a button for 30-seconds, but it's worth its weight in gold as far as I'm concerned. Particularly in a manual, it's nice to reach up, hit the button, and then shift as needed. I'm sure it will come in handy on a 90* day to tap the remote, open the top, and let the heat out while I'm walking up to the car also.

Awesome! Genuinely glad that you found the info useful. I'll be posting another in relation to it that goes through the programming steps.

It's really convenient and I do like that it actually make remote-down a real option (doing it via holding the button on the remote is 100% laughable as it literally NEVER works from more than 10 feet away). And with the manual transmission, it's one less thing to be thinking about trying to coordinate while I'm pulling into the complex, making turns, approaching the garage, hitting the door opener button, etc. One tap, done. Back to driving.

At least you don't have to come to a complete styop before raising/lowering the top like on my 5th gen.

Looks great. I think this area has like 1-2 months of decent convertible weather, the rest of the year it's either way too hot or too cold. Congrats!

Sounds like you have good taste.
