Got to say I did like it with the wrap, but really like this look. It seemed not to come off as easy as I thought it was going to be, but really not hard. Very little glue left. I am going to wash and wax tomorrow and get better pics. I got to say if you were to decide to remover the wrap in a year or to I imagine it will be alot harder. This turned into a family project with my wife and daughter helping.

Ya know, I've said before I'm not a fan of SW, but yours looks pretty good without the wrap...

Raining here again, and I'm not goin out tonight since I've gotta be up in the morning. So I kept it simple and just swapped my dome and trunk lights to red LEDs and moved my headlight kits to the garage to encourage me to plan out that mod this weekend. got a few other relatively cheap mods on their way to me as well

Kewl.... the door panels are really easy to change. I think Ofer has the GM LEDs for less than 20 a piece. You can have the panel off in about five minutes.

You mean the whole bars or just the led at the end of them? I might have to make a move on those so i can do two door mods at once

You only need to change out the LED... you can do a little sanding if you want to extend the light to the edge of the door.

hmm, hadn't thought about that, but i'll definitely consider it now. have you done it before? what kind of grit would you recommend? 800? 1200? (i haven't taken my panels off yet, so i'm thinking you're talking about sanding a part of the panel covering a lighted portion of the bar. let me know if i'm wrong)

i briefly considered the gauges...haven't made up my mind about them. eventually i know i want to do behind the speedo/tach, but for right now the abl panels and footwells are all that's going red. for now

Yep I did it. The great thing about this sight is you don't have to be a trail blazer. Here is the thread that I followed. ( I only sanded to bring it to the edge... I still have all the other parts but my leds are blue.)

This has been done before also.... very tedious. Beyond my nerve level.
