Pretty sure I can feel my mushy rear bushings when I shift from first to second going around a corner under acceleration. It just feels almost as if the rear has a lateral 'lag' behind the rest of the car (Or vice-versa). I know that makes no sense, but not sure how to express it in words. Its like the cradle is planted but the body shifts a bit in the rear during the shift.
I desperately want to replace my cradle and diff bushings but I absolutely dread doing the work.

Rear Bushings
I have the Lakewood Subframe Connectors, I was lucky enough to get them before they stopped making them. They do a great job of stiffening the rear end so it does not wander around.
Hotchkis has a similar kit. |

I have had cars with bad shocks feel this way too. The car will dive to the side with the bad shock. Just check and make sure is not leaking fluid. If both are bad it will feel floaty.
