6-8 swap

I purchased a 2010 Camaro with a blown six banger I got a 6.2 engine and drive train and am having some issues with no start GM tried to flash ecm and said I am missing a wire will changing out bcm and harness under the dash correct my no start?

Would really depend on what wire you're missing. I hoping you replaced your wire harness when you changed your engine. V6 and V8 harness have different options.

I'd start by chasing wires on a wiring diagram.
H&R 1.8/1.7” drop, Overkill 80mm, intake ported by AFS, 1" insulator MACE, Accel Super Coils, THR cai, JET MAF sensor, Hurst shifter handle, GPP strut tower brace, CI ice cube tray hood vents (functional)
