This sounds right. I can manhandle mine fairly easy (and have done so for the last three days) It's got some weight but it's not bad at all for the chunk that it is. All the weight is in the pinion, ring, and carrier.

You'll be shipping it fluid empty but it's not like the fluid weighs more than a pound or so anyway.
