Thats both a yes and no question... GM made some fender extensions (not sure of the correct name for them) for use without the flares.

And, thanks to you for asking that question because I actually have a set of those still in the box.

They came with the GM Performance Z28 Aero Components Package (splitter, spoiler & belly pan) - part # 23489551

Thanks for the info, do these have part number just for the extensions on the box? Having hard time making out label in your photo.

The part number on the box is 3048239 but that doesn't pull up anything with GM that I have found.
