deutschland! what are the laws? easiest way is to replace the mufflers....best way is to install short or long tube headers with H/F cats....the cats are the BIGGEST restriction for power and sound....if you go the second route get in touch with dynoSteve at RDP...he can get you the parts but more importantly he has a SCT/tune for life deal that you will need.
good luck!

if you stay with factory manifolds and cats:
the borla atak catback sounds really nice: magnaflow competition (part# 15090) this replaces the factory catback with a resonated x-pipe and straight pipe to the back *this setup you can likely call magnaflow and get the part number for the resonated xpipe itself (it looks like a normal dual in dual out muffler but it has an xpipe inside of it) and have a local exhaust shop cut the factory hpipe off and weld the magnaflox xpipe in its place and also cut the rear factory mufflers off and weld straight pipes. you'll save a bout load of money as catback exhausts for these cars are north of $900 US or some bullet mufflers like member in the previous post suggested sound nice too because you're in Germany, im not too sure how many camaros with custom exhaust are rolling around, but what i always recommend to anyone is to try and go to car meets and listen to different cars with different exhausts in person. The videos dont always give you the best audio for a definite perspective. I started originally with the MBRP full 3" catback at first in 2010, then installed long tubes and catless midpipes and hated the sound. Tried 3 different mufflers and even straight pipes and didnt like any until i tried a 4th different set of mufflers and found the perfect sound (to me) that i wanted from the car and it was one of the cheapest too, $89 each muffler and $30 to install them.

Cheapest way is to get a muffler shop to delete the mufflers by welding in straight pipe in their place if you want the fastest way to get more noise.

Muffler delete axle back exhausts make it sound more aggressive. There's tons of price ranges for these. High flow cats and long tube headers along with the exhausts will make the car sound really good.

Cats effectively act like mufflers anyway. This set up is not too loud at all. Maybe a bit at startup. (sorry if sideways)

If you can get away with it, long tube headers and high flow cats are an awesome way to gain in hp and power. If you can't then check out NoWeeds exhaust diverters. Even if you can do headers, check out NoWeeds to run just after your headers and cats/off road pipes and bypass the factory catback. Loud when you want it and quiet when you need it.
