Well my 60 ft didn't drop to save its life but for my first time out in over a year I'm happy.
Best 60 ft I got was a 1.91(previous best was a 1.94) and this is with 3.91s, a full bmr suspension and MT 305 ET street R's. I feel that should have been low 1.8s to high 1.7's. 1/8th mile was 8.24 @87.7 mphwhich was 2.5 tenths better than the previous best. Assuming I can get that 60 down it should easily be in the 7's.

How are you doing your burnout? I think you can go 1.7's at least.

Havana, IL is like three hours away from me. I show up to Coles County in Charleston Illinois mostly it’s about an 1hr 20 minutes from me. Also Terre Haute Indiana. But I57 dragstrip just 45 min south of me. Slick Casner On Facebook IM me. Be fun racing more Camaro friends. The next Camaro fest is too long to wait.

I have been seeing some weird issues with TC/ABS. one night I had to pull fuses. the next time I went out the fuse pull didn't work and I had to put the fuses back in and use the button.

If the track prep sucks or the first 60 foot is like pebbles you need a bias ply to overcome that. I cut 1.7s on those at my home track in my 1LE, took my C6 a couple weeks ago (1.5x on QTP) and i could manage a 1.8 but at 4k rpm the tires would just let go.

Try using the button to disable nannies (hold down 8 seconds until both lights light up), do a 5 second burnout, stage, step on the brake hard and bring your rpms to 1600 then punch it hard on the last yellow while releasing the brake.
