People complained about the OUTER part of the first wheel and now people are complaining about the INNER part of the new wheel. Just because GM responded, does not mean they properly understood the issue or that the issue was correctly communicated down to the designer. I am positive that if the second wheel had the inner part of the first wheel with the outer rim of the new design, very few would complain. GM would certainly not get the heat they are getting now over it.

I have no problem with the 2012 wheel. I had no problem with the 2011 wheel either.
Agree it would be cooler though if it still said Camaro on it, but it's not really important to me either way. |

Are you buying a Camaro for the wheel or the CAR? I couldn't care less what wheel is on it. I just want my freaking Camaro. Fcuk whatever wheel is on it.

Just to let you know the hyundia sonata ( I think it was the sonata ) has a steering wheel that looks VERY similar to the 2012 camaro.
I do prefer the 10, or 11, but as said earlier I did not buy a camaro for the steering wheel and could live with either one.

I prefer the wheel in my 2011 than what the 2012's have.
As for my future car, the ZL1 wheel should have ZL1 on it - then I'd be perfectly happy with it |

I think it looks fine... I mean, if it was what came on the 2010, and it's all that you knew, would that have stopped you from getting the car?

Funny the 2012 wheel was a topic of conversation at the club gathering. Needless the say the commentary was mostly negative.
