Yea, it's being shipped from Charlotte. They ordered it yesterday. Should be in sometime early next week. He said it should take them under a day to put it in. So probably mid week. Shipping companies don't work weekends.

Sounds reasonable. I won't worry about it. I want back up sensors anyways, so I need a 40k plus unit.

And you should be good to go with a new tranny.

If anyone has any pictures of the output shaft after it has broken? I would like to see if the break is in the same area on all shafts that have broken. I can then look for any stressed areas on my outputshaft in the same area that the breaks are occuring. Not saying mine will have this but if there are any suspicious areas, then I would have some evidence for replacement to take to the dealership. I'd rather find it before it broke if applicable. TIA!

I don't think you'd be able to see it without taking the transmission apart.

Crap. Mine is 18308. I guess I better keep testing it out then. I've tried launch control only once and no burnouts. I've got a TVS2300 in my garage wanting to go in. I better wait a little more. :( :(

How embarrasing, why can't GM just do a recall, instead of evryone waiting for theirs to break.

Hey Woot... did you hear any odd noises before it happend or was it sudden?

I have an odd noise coming out from underneath my car and im not sure what it is yet... Taking it to the dealer Wednesday, but they have never had a Camaro come in for any work yet... so I doubt they will know what it is either.

This is a problem I face with my dealer as well. They know much less than I do about these issues...
