A small dog took a header into my front end

Anybody got any ideas how to pop this back out? I took the wheel off and the wheel well liner and tried using a rubber mallet. It won't budge.

You may have to pull the front off....there's a DIY in the forums for that....heritage grill install...is how it's listed...looks like its gonna take some force to pop it back out

For a "small" dog..... that's a pretty hard hit.

He was some kind of beagle. Guess he had a thick scull. I only saw he for a second.

Did you try leaving it in the sun for a while and then give it a try?

Sorry for you and the dog.

Good idea. It's been raining all day. I'll have to give it a try if the sun comes out tomorrow.

Sad to say but, glad you didn't swerve and chose to hit it.

There was no way to do anything. It was pouring rain and a semi was on my right.
It really could have been a whole lot worse. Sucks because there is a big car show coming up that I have paid to be in. If I could just get the damn thing to pop back out, it wouldn't be too bad until I can get it properly fixed.
I guess I'll check with a body shop and see if they can pop it out until I can get it fixed.

You killed a dog and your more worried about a car show. Did you notify the owner? Not sure how it is where you live, but its against the law here to not notify the owner if you hit a dog.

Can you drive backwards untill you see another beagle and hit it that way and see if it pops out?
