Finally Found Something I DON'T Like About My Car

There's no light to indicate you are low on washer fluid. One shot of fluid you are fine, next, there's nothing....WTH??? At least in older cars you would start to get less spray over time, but the Camaro - nothing. Sucks when driving on roads with lots of melting snow and you need to wipe every few KM's. Had to find a gas station quick last night......

They don't need a light or warning for everything. Glad it doesn't have such a thing.

I would imagine this is not an issue for many because it is a check and refill item at most service points when your oil is changed.

That would be true if your dealer actually bothered with that.

Yes, I'm now going to a new dealer.

Throughout the spring and summer, absolutely, I never refill myself. In the winter, depending on how much driving you do, can be weekly. We've gone from -40 to + 3C in a week filled with 10 days of snow, including a blizzard. We have tons of snow on the ground, its melting and the roads are wet and messy. This is when a warning light would be nice that its getting low or at least a difference in the spray. I usually carry an extra bottle in my car in the winter, but its the first time this season its been needed. I see it as a safety feature, always nice to be able to see out your windshield......

Yea, I guess we don't have enough sensors and wiring in the car.
