MyLink Contacts Downloading Problem - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I know this is a very unusual problem and have searched all over for someone with similar problems to no avail.

When I connect my phone to MyLink it only shows 3 contacts in the phone book. I've done some work on this and found that if I attach a contact on my phone (Samsung Android version 6.0.1) to the "In Case of Emergency" Contact Group that contact then shows up on MyLink. Another strange occurrence is none of the 3 original contacts that show up are in my "In Case of Emergency" group. My wife's Samsung phone doesn't have this problem when it is paired with the car either so I am assuming it is probably my phone that has the problem. Has anybody else ran across this problem?
