No audio from radio

I replaced my radio with a used one. After replacement I could only use the radio for making blue tooth calls as the screen displayed a locked message. Yesterday I took it to the dealership to get it unlocked but they told me that while the message was removed the radio wasn't producing sound. I'm able to change stations, view the different menus, etc but no audio comes out. I don't even hear the blinkers turn on anymore and I can't make bluetooth calls. I was wondering if anyone experienced this and if they were able to solve it.

Thanks,

common parts you should check include; blown fuses, Wiring shorts, Faulting input, or Damaged speakers/wires. It could also be a simple solution, such as the source or audio output device.
