I knew I heard that sound before!

I know your secret now, you're running a Wright Cyclone radial engine!!!

That's the highest compliment... nothing sounds better than an idling big Wright radial

My dad flew B-25s in WWII. I saw a pair flying a reenactment in Chicago. We were on my boat when they flew in to attack the beach. Those four engines, the sound, was terrifying. The gun blaze was secondary.

Richard Ira Bong was almost ushered out of the Army AirCorp for doing loop-de-loops around the bridge and flying over a Generals house checking out the generals daughter... blew some laundry off the line he was so low...

He was Americas Ace of Aces for WW II with 40 official victories, seconded by Thomas McGuire who had 38...

I'd like to see an F15 pilot do that nowadays! They'd probably reinstate the firing squad

Drink half the bottle and you'll be confessing things you'd never tell a Priest!

My son bought some rot-gut whiskey that bites like a $20 whore doing shots, but a mix with Coke and it was smoother than a Cadillac...

"R&R Canadian Whiskey, a little better than a poke in the eye."
